Istanbul the second best place in the world to invest in property

In the PWC and Urban Land Institute survey Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2008 Istanbul was named as the second best place in the world to invest in property, with affordable property prices, inexpensive living costs and decent rental yields all contributing towards the city's promise.
