Spectacular rental growth in Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara

Turkey has seen spectacular rental growth during 2007, with rental values rising nationally by 80%. The primary business centre of Istanbul saw the highest growth, and this was repeated in the secondary cities of Izmir and Ankara which experienced rises over the year of 90% and 50% respectively.
